环境很好 楼道里每天都香香的 很干净；因为都是女生住所以没有任何不方便的地方 邻居们也都很友善；地理位置特别好 离延世正门超近 附近吃的玩的都很多 公共交通也很方便 便利店大概一百米左右 很适合生活；房东也很亲切～解决问题很及时 在这里住的非常开心🫶🏻

A. Yes, it is possible. You can sign a lease agreement by simply submitting a copy of your passport. Many students secure housing before applying for a visa, as a rental contract can be used as a required document in the visa application process. ABL HOUSE provides official lease agreements and supports a smooth residency process.  

A. Each room is fully furnished with essential items, including a kitchen and bathroom. Amenities include Giga Wi-Fi, an air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, bed, closet, table, and chair.

A. Since ABL HOUSE is a certified rental business that complies with the Lease Protection Act, contracts are legally secured through the official housing lease system in Korea. 

Residents receive a signed lease contract, which can be used for visa registration and stay extension for international students in Korea.

A. Water and internet are included in the rent. Electricity and gas are charged separately based on usage.

All rooms are spacious, with sizes varying slightly. Every room offers more than 6 pyeong of living space.

For the safety of female residents, each room is equipped with new door locks, and 24-hour CCTV ensures there are no blind spots. ABL HOUSE prioritizes privacy and provides a secure living environment.
